Bespoke Training

Many of our clients work with us because we design bespoke training solutions for their needs. We are a team of experts who are able to delve deep into the different types of workplace issues that your organisation may be facing, and help you design solutions that target the heart of what might be needed in the workplace. There are varying levels of how we engage into the design process, including discovery phases and co-design.

Lived Experience is at the Heart

We believe, more than anything, that lived experience of mental health issues provides a profound way to connect deeper with content and learn strategies.

At the heart of our mission is to go beyond simply informing attendees of content. We don’t believe that we can make a difference by simply informing people about fancy frameworks in mental health. We aim to inspire and motivate individuals to make real change in their lives and in the workplace by exploring what it is really like to try and invest into your mental health. Our sessions focus on delivering real content that provides attendees ‘a-ha’ moments to make meaningful change.
